Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Orders placed with Standard shipping will typically be delivered in 5 business days from order date. Shipping estimates for most items are based on orders placed before 6 p.m. CT Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Please note your estimated delivery date at checkout depending on shipping method selected.

Shipping Method:

  • Economy (UPS Ground Saver): $7.99 Arrives in 5 to 8 business days.
  • Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): $9.99  Arrives in 3-5 business days.
  • UPS / FedEx 3 Day: $25.00  Arrives in 3 business days.
  • UPS / FedEx 2 Day Express: $35.00  Arrives in 2 business days.
  • UPS / FedEx Overnight: $50  Arrives 1 business day.

Order Restrictions

2 Day and Overnight delivery options are unavailable for orders containing any alcohol inks.

Delivery Timing

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders should arrive as specified above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Root and Company reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination, as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on rootandco.com.

When you choose the Economy or Standard delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8AM to 8PM. Orders sent by 3 Day, 2 Day or Overnight shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM for residential address deliveries and 8AM - 5PM for commercial business address deliveries. We recommend choosing 2 Day or Overnight delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and International

Shipments to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa, and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Ground Advantage. 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight delivery options are not available for these destinations. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery to these destinations.
